POSITION OVERVIEW

LinkExperts is looking for a Human Resources Manager in its Manhattan, NYC offices. Reporting to the CFO, the HR Manager will be responsible for all Human Resources activities; including, employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and training and development. Ideal candidate is comfortable in a small, fast growing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Develop and maintain company salary structure, job classifications, and employee evaluation systems.
  • Recommend, develop, and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
  • Administer employee benefit plans and serve as liaison between company and insurance carriers.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
  • Interface with Payroll provider to process bi-monthly payroll.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 years HR experience
  • Demonstrated track record in the implementation of highly innovative HR programs and recruitment initiatives
  • Sound knowledge of current HR theory, trends and practices
  • Knowledge of Federal and New York State employment laws
  • A self starter with strong analytical, inter-personal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment
